Hola, I’m Jorge
I work with sound as a way to support rest.
I create slow, minimal sound experiences that allow the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the nervous system to settle. My work grows from a simple curiosity about sound and silence, and about the conditions that make it easier for people to rest—without effort, instruction, or expectation.
Alongside this practice, I completed a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and formal breathwork training, which inform how I hold space and work with the body and breath. These foundations shape the pacing of my sessions and help create a grounded, body-aware environment.
I don’t approach sound as something to perform or explain. Instead, I think of it as an environment: a quiet space that can be entered, inhabited, and felt. In this work, silence is just as important as sound, offering room for the body and attention to land.
My Approach
I’m interested in what happens when stimulation is reduced and time is allowed to stretch.
When sound moves slowly, the body has space to regulate itself, and rest can arise naturally.
In my sessions, there is nothing to achieve. You’re invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply rest while sound unfolds around you.
No previous experience with meditation or sound practices is needed.
My role is not to guide or direct, but to hold the container—allowing sound and stillness to do the work.
In simple terms
I work with sound to create calm, grounded spaces where people can rest deeply and without effort.
Lasting impact
The impact isn’t dramatic or immediate.
It shows up later, quietly.
